胎儿冠状动脉平滑肌细胞的超微结构及形态计测学研究

摘要 本文在透射电镜下观察并计测了胎儿冠状动脉平滑肌细胞(SMCs)从中膜向内膜迁移过程中表型的改变和细胞器占细胞面积百分比(Vs)改变。结果表明,内膜游离平滑肌细胞的Vs值略高于弹力肌层和中膜,但未见明显差异。中膜平滑肌细胞向内膜迁移和Vs值的改变,考虑可能是由于细胞间某种物质的作用,使中膜平滑肌细胞向内膜迁移的同时发生了表型的改变。 With the help of transmission electron microscope, we studied the phenotype changes of the smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in the coronary arteries during their migration from the media toward the intima and measured the volume fraction changes of the synthetic organelles (Vs) in cells of the human fetus. The findings suggested that Vs of the intimal free SMCs was slightly more than those of the elastic muscular layer SMCs and the medial SMCs, but this difference had no significance. The migration of SMCs and the changes in Vs might be caused by certain extracellular substances which had the ability to promote the migration, resulting in pheno-typic modulation of SMCs.
