摘要
文章分析了半导体激光器发射的荧光光谱、激光光谱 ,解释了光栅外腔选取单纵模、压窄线宽。
In this paper,we use an emission spectrum instrument of laser diode.The fluorescence spectrum and laser spectrum of LD can be observed,and the principles of grating external cavity used to select single longitudinal mode,compress linewidth,and tune wavelength can be shown.
