摘要
目的 :探讨乳泉合剂治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法 :运用以疏肝健脾、补益气血为主的本院经验方乳泉合剂治疗产后缺乳症 15 0例 ,并以催乳颗粒作为对照 ,观察用药前后产妇的乳房充盈、乳汁量、子宫复旧、泌乳素和雌激素值以及新生儿体重的变化。结果 :治疗组增加乳汁的效果优于对照组 ;产后产妇血中泌乳素和雌激素的比值 ,治疗组明显高于对照组。结论 :乳泉合剂具有调整内分泌 ,促进乳汁分泌的作用。
Object: In order to probe the effects on RuQuan Misyura which promoting unrestraint of liver, re-enforcing spleen, a tonic to the Qi and blood, administrated for the treatment of postpartum galactozemia. Method: 150 patients with postpartum galactozemia were administrated with RuQuan Mistura, and 50 patients were administrated with CuiRu Granule as control group. We had measured the volume of breast, the content of milk, involution, prolactin, estrogen and the weight of neonate before and after treatment. Results: The volume of breast, the content ofmilk, involution, the proportion of prolactin on estrogen and the weight of neonate were improved in all patients, and the effect of RuQuan Misyura prior to that of CuiRu Granule (P<0.05) .Conclusion: It is sure that RuQuan Misyura can regulate endocrine and improve postpartum galactozemia in patients.
