摘要
以福建省为例 ,探讨我国引进FDI的激励政策调整及其制度安排。共分四个部分 ;首先 ,比较分析了FDI在世界各国与我国的发展趋势 ;其次 ,分析了FDI对我国经济发展的贡献作用 ;第三 ,论述不同发展时期东道国对引进FDI的激励政策变迁 ,进而提出了我国FDI的激励政策的调整思路 ;最后 ,比较分析了福建省与典型区域引进FDI变动趋势并依据福建引进FDI的下降趋势 ,提出相对的激励政策调整整与制度安排。
The paper draws a study of the adjustment of incentive policy and system arrangement considering the case of Fujian Province, China. The author takes a comparative study about the developing trend of FDI among the main nations in the world ,and analyzes the important roles of FDI in developing China's economy and the evolution of incentive policy in different countries.The paper compares Fujian and other regions of China and gives some suggestions on the adjustment of incentive policy and system arrangement.
