摘要
农业、农村和农民问题是中国全面建设小康社会面临的最大难点，要解决“三农”问题，首先要千方百计地提高农民收入。本文就这一问题谈谈现阶段尽快增加农民收入的具体措施。
The development of agriculture,the building of countryside,and raising peasants' income are the key points of building a well-to-do country of China.And awing the key points raising peasants' income comes the first.This article aims to give some specific measures to increase the peasants' income.
