摘要
几年来,国家核安全局认真地组织和实施了对秦山第三核电厂建造许可证、首次装料批准书申请的核安全审评,开展了现场土建、安装、调试和试运行的核安全监督。本文就国家核安全局对秦山第三核电厂的建造、调试及试运行阶段中的核安全审评和监督管理工作进行了总结和回顾。
In recent years, National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) organized and imple mented the safety review for Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Plants (TQNPP) (CANDU6) Construction Permit (CP) and First Fuel Loading Authorization and the inspection for construction, installation, commissioning and trial operation, to ensure the high quality of TQNPP. This paper summarized and e valuated the experience of the safety review and inspection performed by NNSA for TQNPP during con struction, installation, commissioning and trial operation.
