摘要
对陇东学院2000级入学新生4个班160名学生的身体形态、身体素质在教学过程中进行对比研究发现,采用新的教学方法有利于增强学生体质、提高体育兴趣、培养终身体育思想,并有助于体育教学从应试教育向素质教育的转变。
Body building and constitution about students of Longdong University were contrastively studied by means of data analysis method and experiment method. The results showed that body building and stature haven't changed obviously; however, body weight and chest measurement have changed clearly. Body constitution and speed quality had no difference between man student class and woman student class. Vital capacity and endurance constitution increased in experiment but dropped in non-experiment; physical strength quality both increased in two classes. The conclusion drawn to improve teaching method could contribute to building up students' constitution, adding P.E. interest and cultivating lifetime opinion of P.E.
