摘要
目的综述淋巴瘤分类的演进。方法对1832年发现霍奇金氏病以来国际、国内重要的淋巴瘤分类方案加以整理。结果展现淋巴瘤分类的演进成果。淋巴瘤分类史可以划分为初识淋巴瘤,纯病理形态学和免疫功能及WHO(2001)公布的以疾病为实体的淋巴瘤分类的四个阶段。结论复习淋巴瘤分类演进能加深对WHO(2001)公布的以疾病为实体的淋巴瘤分类的认识。
Objective:To systematically review the gradual progress of lymphoma classification.Methods:To collect and collate the programme of lymphoma classification at home and abroad from the discovery of Hodgkins disease in 1832.Results:The achievement of gradual progress on lymphoma classification was unfolded before our eyes.The gradual progress of lymphoma classification was divided into four stages of the knowledge of lymphoma in the early days and the classification of organization pathology,immune function,published by WHO(2001).Conclusion:A review of lymphoma classification could help us to understand deeply lymphoma classification published by WHO(2001).
