国内软件企业实施过程改进的实用性方法探索 被引量：1

RESEARCH ON PRACTICAL APPROACH FOR NATIVE SOFTWARE PRODUCTERS' SPI

摘要 当前国内软件企业普遍效益低下,其根本原因是软件过程存在缺陷.通过对软件过程的研究,提出一套适用于国内软件企业过程改进的方法,对软件企业改进软件过程、提高软件研发效率和质量提供帮助. Nowadays,most native software producters face the problem of low efficiency. The fundamental reason is that Software Process has many defects. After deeply researching on software process and software project managment, gave an approach to improve Software Process in Chinese software producters and to boost the efficiency of software's R&D.
