摘要
介绍一种用于小动物研究的数字X射线成像系统。该系统基于两个电荷耦合器件(CCD),并采用光纤耦合,其X射线管的焦点尺寸为20μm。对系统的几何模糊与放大倍率关系的研究,以及对调制传递函数(MTF)的测量,显示了该系统在空间分辨率特性方面的优势。最后对该系统在大鼠肠系膜血管药理学等方面的研究应用进行了展望。
A digital radiography system for small animal studies is introduced here. This system that is based on two CCD arrays,
is a fiber-optics taper-coupled imaging system. Its X-ray source has a small focal spot of 20μm. The system shows its
advantages in terms of its proper-ties of spatial resolution through the tradeoff between the geometric unsharpness and
image magnification, and the measurement of MTF. The system's application, in prospect, to the rat mesentery study
is discussed too in this paper.
