摘要
应用SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、化学染色和免疫印斑对日本血吸虫成虫和虫卵的主要血清学抗原进行了鉴定和理化学分析。成虫有8个主要的血清学抗原分子,其分子量和化学性质分别为152kDa、脂蛋白;145kDa、脂蛋白;32kDa、脂蛋白;30kDa、脂蛋白;28kDa、糖脂蛋白;15kDa、糖脂蛋白;12kDa、糖脂蛋白;11kDa、糖脂蛋白。虫卵有7个主要血清学抗原分子,其分子量和化学性质性质分别为32kDa、脂蛋白;28kDa、脂蛋白;15kDa、糖蛋白;12.5kDa、脂蛋白;12kDa、糖蛋白;11kDa、糖蛋白;10.5kDa、糖蛋白。
In the present study, the major serological antigens in adults and eggs of Schistosoma Japonicum (Sj) were identified and physicochemically analysed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, chemical staining and immunoblots. The Sj adults contained 8 major serological antigenic molecules, which were 152 kDa lipoproteins, 145 kDa lipoproteins, 32 kDa lipoproteins, 30 kDa lipoproteins, 28 kDa glycolipoproteins, 15 kDa glycolipoproteins, 12 kDa glycolipoproteins and 11 kDa glycolipoproteins, respectively. Similarly, the Sj eggs contained 7 major serological antigenic moleules, which were 32 kDa lipoproteins, 28 kDa lipoproteins, 15 kDa glycolipoproteins, 12.5 kDa lipoproteins, 12 kDa glycoproteins, 11 kDa giycoproteins and 10. 5 kDa glycoproteins, respectively.
