摘要
从测量规划开始,通过三坐标测量机测量,获得大量的曲面坐标点.经过数据处理,最后将物理模型转化成CAD模型,同时利用CAD系统重新对这些复杂曲面数据点进行形状描述,所获得的图形不仅能够反映完整的形状信息,而且满足特征精度要求,并能够由此提供分析与制造所需的信息,从而实现逆向工程设计.
A lot of carve surface coordinate points are gained from measurement layout to measure by (coordinate) measuring machine(CMM).After data processing,the physics model is finally shifted to CAD model.At the same time,using the CAD system to describe the shape formed by the complicated curve surface data point,the graphics gained will not only properly reflect the whole shape information,but also exactly meet the (request) of the characteristic precision,and the data needed for analysis & manufacture will be supplied,then the reverse engineering design will be realized.
