摘要
主要探讨了斜管法流变制浆工艺的虚拟制造的具体实现方法.在OpenGL与VC++的平台上,以基于建模的虚拟现实技术为指导,利用3DMAX对静态物体进行几何建模,对于动态物体分别采用重画技术和粒子系统方法来进行行为建模和物理建模.然后将几何建模、行为建模和物理建模结合起来模拟整个工艺过程.
This paper mainly discusses the method of realizing virtual manufacturing of the process preparing rheological slurry by the method of slope-cooling tube.According to the technology of virtual-reality based on modeling,use OpenGL and VC++ as the development tool,adopt 3DMAX to realize the geometric modeling of static entities;while as to dynamic entities,use redrawing technique and particle system method to realize the (behavior) modeling and the physical (modeling) respectively.And then combine geometric,behavior and physical (modeling) methods to simulate the whole process.
