新一代抗生素:抗菌肽的相关研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 抗菌肽是一类在自然界广泛分布 ,具有抗微生物作用及其他多种功能的小分子多肽。因具有与传统抗生素不同的杀菌机制而有望成为对抗耐药菌株的新一代抗菌药物 ,在医药、食品、养殖业等领域有很好的应用潜力。报道了抗菌肽的发现、分类、生物效应、作用机制以及结构改造和药物开发应用等方面的相关研究进展。
