摘要
采用无水醚化的新工艺,以多聚甲醛、三聚氰胺、脲、甲醇以及改性剂为原料,合成了改性水溶性氨基树脂。并以该树脂和水性聚酯为基料制备了水溶性的氨基涂料。本文叙述了树脂的合成工艺,讨论了原料比M/F、反应温度,体系PH值,改性剂用量以及制漆工艺对该涂料性能的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件。
The coating is based on the water-soluble amino-resin and water-soluble pllyester.The water-soluble aminoresin modifier is prepared by the reaction of melamine, urea, Paraformaldehydeand methanol inmethanol solvent,then modified by the. This paper discribed the synthetic process ofthe modified water-soluble anmino-resin, discussed the effects of M/F ratio, temperature. the valueof PH, modifier and technology etc. The finest process was decided also.
