采用优化设计生产优质铸件

摘要 本文在研究铸钢件保温冒口一件一型整体功能系统辨识的基础上建立了铸钢件保温冒口优化设计软件系统——optRiserPro.,该系统适用于PC机及其兼容机,运算速度快,操作方便,在三分钟内给出大量有关冒口补缩的信息。通过北京、河北、江苏、安徽的部分厂家在十吨以下的铸钢件的试生产表明:采用该软件系统,可降低生产成本、提高铸件的内在质量,而且还能改善铸造工作者的环境,其技术经济指标达国际先进水平;是当前生产优质铸钢件中最为简单、最为有效的措施之一。 In this paper, OptRiserPro. ——a software system of optimal risering with FHP in microcomputer has been built, basing on the system identification of feeding functions for Insulating Riser-Casting-Mold in steel castings. Contrast experiments in foundry house show this software system occupying small memory capacity has the features of fast compating speed, convenient operation, much more information given by feeding body within three minutes. Small scale production in some foundry works all over the country shows that OptRiserPro. has the features of decreasing costs, increasing the soundness of castings, also improving the working condition of foundrymen. Its technology level has come close to surpass that of Foseco. It is one of the simplest and most efficient measures for produing the sound castings by using OptRiserPro.
