微弧氧化处理后纯钛材料不同形貌特点对细胞在其表面附着和增殖的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:对表面微弧氧化处理后得到的具有不同形貌特点的纯钛材料进行初步的细胞学检测,评价成骨细胞和成纤维细胞在其表面附着和增殖能力。方法:选取商业纯钛材料经过不同工艺条件的微弧氧化处理后,采用MC-3T3细胞系及L-929细胞系对不同时间点细胞在材料表面的附着、生长增殖能力进行检测,以未经处理光滑纯钛表面作为对照,所有实验数据进行统计分析。结果:成骨细胞附着和增殖情况在微弧氧化处理得到的各组试件间有明显差异,其附着和增殖能力随着表面粗糙度和孔隙率的升高而增强,各处理组均高于纯钛对照组。对成纤维细胞,在较低粗糙度组,细胞附着和增殖情况与对照组无明显区别,在高粗糙度组,其附着能力出现下降的情况。结论:微弧氧化处理后的纯钛材料,在其表面粗糙度较大时(Ra大于1.5时),有利于成骨细胞的附着和增殖,在光滑纯钛材料或低粗糙度微弧氧化处理表面,有利于成纤维细胞的附着和增殖。 AIM:To conduct a primary cytological detection on the pure titanium surface with different topographic characteristics under microarc oxidation(MAO) treatment so as to evaluate the attachment and proliferation abilites of osteoblast and fibroblast on the MAO coating surface. METHODS:The selected pure titanium in commerce was treated with MAO under different technical conditions.Attachment and proliferation of MC 3T3 osteoblast and L 929 fibroblast on different kinds of MAO titanium surfaces were assessed at different time,and then compared with those on smooth surface titanium.All data were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS:Aattachment and proliferation of osteoblast on different MAO surfaces at different time showed significantly statistical differences,which were enhanced with the increase of roughness and porosity of the surface,and were higher in all the MAO groups than in the control group.No significant difference in fibroblast attachment and proliferation was observed between the MAO group of low porosity and the control group,while with the increase of roughness and porosity,fibroblast attachment and proliferation decreased in the MAO groups of high roughness and porosity. CONCLUSION:Titanium surface with high roughness(Ra >1.5) after MAO treatment is good for the attachment and proliferation ability of osteoblast,while the smooth titanium surface or the titanium with low roughness is favorable for the attachment and proliferation of fibroblast.
