摘要
用铁砂代替Fe_2O_3,制备性能优良的软磁MnZn铁氧体,其性能如下:μ_1:2000±20%; B(H=800A/m):360-390mT;H_c:12.8-14.8A/m:T_c:160-180℃tgδ/μ(f=100KC,H=0.4A/米):21.0-27.0×10^(-6);Tkμ/μ(20-60℃):1.3-1.8×10^(-6).针对铁砂的特点,本文对用铁砂制备软磁MnZn铁氧体的工艺进行研究,得出一些规律和特点。
We use iron-sand instead of the Fe_2O_3 to make excellent MnZn ferrites. The magneic properies of ferrite are: μ: 2000±20% B_s(H_s=800Am): 360-390mT; H_c:12. 8-14. 8Am; T_c:160-180℃; tgδ/μ(f=100kc, H-0. 4Am): 21.0-27.0×10^(-6); TKμ/μ(20-60℃):1.3-1.8×10_(-6) We also conduct research on the manufacturing technologies of MnZn soft ferrite according to the characteristics of the iron-sand, and some results are obtained.
