摘要
本文主要报道供试竹荪菌株在不同基物上所产生的CMC酶活与菌丝生长速度,基物失重,基物纤维素损失量间的正相关性(在菌丝长满基物之前呈上升趋势,在菌丝长满基物之后呈下降趋势);4.6103,4.6109,4.6101菌株产纤维素酶活高、适应性强;竹屑、杂木屑为供试菌株的最适生长基物。
In this article, a direct proporation (It has a increasing trend befor the culture medium being full of the hyphae and a decreasing trend after the cuture mediums being full of the hyphae. ) be- tween the activity of CMCase from Dictyophora strains for test and the growth rate of the hyphae, the weightlessness of the culture media, the cillulose loss of the media is presented. Dictyophora 4. 6103, 4. 6109, 4. 6101, not only can produce cellulase with high activity, but also are adapitable. The bamboo powder or the sundry sawdust is the most suitable cuture media for the strains which can be used in the experiment.
