摘要
本文探讨了在含铜感压导电橡胶的制备过程中,铜粉粒径、铜粉含量橡胶片厚度和它与两电极板的接触方式对感压导电橡胶的感压导电灵敏性的影响,实验结果表明:通过混合粒径为75-125μm的铜粉250-450(重量),硅橡胶100份,硫化剂5份,然后硫化成0.4的薄片,可以制备出具有较高灵敏性的感压导电橡胶。此种弹性材料可用作开关。
The effect of Cu particle size, Cu powder content, sheet thick and the way of sandwiching sheet between two electrode plates on the sensitivity of pressure-sensitive conductive rubber was studied in process of pressuer-sen- ositive conductioe rubber prepareation. The experimental results show that a higher sensitivity ptessure-sensitive conductive rubber can be prepared by mixing 250 to 450 parts (by wt.) of Cu powder with particle size 75 to 125 um, 100 parts of silicon rubber and 5 parts of vulcanizer, and then vulca- nizing into a o.4mm-thick sheet. The elastic materials is useful in switches.
