摘要
目的 考察脉冲方波直流电占空比与频率对双氯芬酸钠亲水凝胶体外离子导入效果的影响。方法 分别选取频率1.7kHz,占空比1:5,1:3,1:1,3:1,5:1和频率0.4,0.9,1.7,2.8,4.0 kHz,占空比均为5:1的脉冲方波直流电,分别考查双氯芬酸钠凝胶的体外渗透速率。结果 占空比5:1,频率为4.0 kHz的脉冲方波直流电的导入效果最佳,其渗透速率和增渗倍数分别达到(331.39±56.58)μg·h-1·cm-2和4.01倍。结论 频率对于双氯芬酸钠亲水凝胶离子导入效果影响较大。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of on/off ratio and frequency on the iontophoresis of diclofenac sodium gel employing a new horizontal three-chamber permeation cell in vitro. METHODS: To get the permeation kinetics profiles of diclofenac sodium gel in vitro, periodic squarewave direct current with on/off ratio of 1:5, 1:3, 1:1, 3:1, 5:1 (frequency 1.7 kHz) and frequency of 0.4, 0.9, 1.7, 2.8, 4.0 kHz (on/off 5:1) was selected, respectively. RESULTS: The periodic squarewave direct current of on/off ratio 5:1, frequency 4.0 kHz promoted the transdermal delivery of diclofenac sodium gel, with steady-state flux and enhancing rate of (331.39 ± 56.58)μg·-1 · cm-2 and 4.01 respectively. CONCLUSION: The frequency may affect the iontophoresis of diclofenac sodium gel greatly.
