摘要
城市防洪体系规划是城市建设总体规划的重要组成部分 ,结合山东大学城市防洪工程现状 ,就黄河、玉符河、小清河、南北大沙河对济南城市防洪的影响 ,城市防洪能力 ,目前防洪存在问题进行分析 ,从而探讨城市防洪体系规划的任务、原则、目标及总体布局 。
Urban flood control system planning is an impor tant composition part of the urban construction overall planning. Combining with the present situation of Jinan urban flood control engineering, the paper analy ses the influence of the Yellow River, the Yufu River, the Xiaoqing River and th e Dasha River from the south to the north on Jinan urban flood control, the urba n flood control capacity as well as the problem now in flood control. So it appr oaches to the task, principle, target and overall arrangement of the urban flood control system planning so as to put forward opinion and suggestion for buildin g urban flood control safety guarantee system.
