摘要
本文以对氨基苯甲酸为原料,经过重氮化、偶合、成盐等反应,合成4个抗肺癌转移药,并作了红外鉴定。
This Kind of Compounds has been Known as a new effe-ctive inhibition agent of pulmonary metastases, which is exploiting in western countries, we improved the way of synthesis and got the com-pound of 4 - (3, 3 -Dimethyl- 1 -triazenyl) benzoic acid potassium salt (DM-COOK) as well as its analogue 4 - (3, 3 -Diethyl- 1 -Triazenyl) benzoic acid potassium salt.
