摘要
该文系统的介绍了脑瘫在早产、低出生体重、脑室周白质软化、孕期感染等病因方面所取得的最新研究进展 ,并讨论了研究时应注意的几个问题。脑瘫病因中遗传和环境因素致胚胎发育作用的研究亟待重视 。
This paper reviews the major causes of CP including preterm delivery, low birth weight, periventricular leukomalacis, infection in pregnancy, et al. The effect of genetic and environmental factors on embryo development need to be regarded. It is essential to establish animal model of CP to further explore the mechanism of CP.
