摘要
文章简要分析了当前电信业务管理系统中存在的一些问题,提出了一种新的工作流管理方法——集成型工作流。并把这种思想应用到数据业务综合管理系统中,对工作流处理的几个方面做了理论上和实践上的研究。结果证明了新系统在工作流的灵活性、生产的高效性和用户的满意度上均明显优于原系统。
Some problems existing in the syst em of telecommunications business are simply analyzed,and a new management model about workflow-integrated workflow is proposed.This paper applies the idea i n comprehensive management system of data business and researches several probl ems in theory and practice.Results testify that the new system is visibly bett er than the old in the flexibility of workflow,high efficiency of production an d satisfaction of customers.
