摘要 文中介绍了整数变换的基本原理,提出了一种结合能量集中率和去相关效率的整数变换基变换性能评价方法,从理论上选出几组性能较好的变换基。通过视频序列测试,验证了理论评价结果的正确性。详细讨论了整数变换的快速算法,并给出一组基的具体算法,结合变换性能和计算复杂度,最终确定了四组综合性能优于JVTABT8×8变换的变换基。 In this paper,after the introduction of the basic theory of 8×8 integer transform,a novel method combining evaluation of energy compaction and decorrelation efficiency is proposed to measure the efficiency of transform basis and several theoretically efficient transform bases are picked out. By video coding test of the chosen bases on HDTV sequences,the paper proves the accuracy of the transform basis evaluation method. The paper also details the fast transform algorithm and gives out full algorithm of one basis. Taking both transform efficiency and computation complexity;four preferable bases better than the JVT ABT 8×8 transform are finally selected.
