摘要
多糖的高碘酸氧化产物的酸水解物与2,4-二硝基苯肼作用可形成一种稳定的蓝黑色化合物。在550nm处有最大吸收。光吸收与浓度之间有着良好的线性关系。与其它显色方法相比,其灵敏度高,重复性好。是一种快速比色测定多糖的高碘酸氧化产物的新方法。
A stable green-black compound can be produced by reaction between hydrolyser of the prod- ucts of periodate oxidation and 2. 4-dinitrophenylhvdrazine. There is good lineral relationship between the absorption at 550nm and the concentration of glycoaldehyde. Comparing with the other colorimetric analytical menthod, it has character of high sensity and good duplications. which was comfirmed to be a new rapid method of colorimetric determination of the products of periodate oxidation.
