摘要
小城镇对于带动农村经济社会发展具有重要的战略意义。小城镇经济具有增长极效应,小城镇经济的繁荣必然带动县域经济的发展、壮大。而壮大县域经济是解决"三农"问题的重要途径。我国之所以不采用国际通行的城市化,而是采用城镇化,其重要原因就是强调不能忽视小城镇的作用。中国特色城镇化道路是和"三农"问题的解决及小城镇作用的发挥紧密联系在一起的。离开小城镇的辐射带动作用,农村经济就繁荣不起来,城乡差别就不可能缩小,更谈不上有条件把"农民工"转变为市民。
Small towns are of strategic significance to the rural social and economic development.The prospering of the economy of small towns will no doubt stimulate the growth of country economy.The rapid growth of country economy is the fundalmal way to solve the 'Three Agricultural Problems'.The development of Township economy is closely related to the growth of rural economy.Without the stimulation of the dynamic force of township economy,the prosperity of rural economy is out of the question,to say nothing about narrowing the differences between city and countryside.
