摘要
大学生党员的教育和管理是确保高校学生党员质量的重要环节,积极探索新时期学生党员教育的新形式、新方法,使学生党员教育和管理工作有特色、有成效,不仅是当前高校党建工作的重要内容,而且有利于保持党的活力,提高党的战斗力,保证党的事业后继有人。在实际工作中,确保高校学生党员质量的关键应在于抓好高校学生党员的入口、教育管理和出口三个环节。
To educate and manage the Party member among the university students is an import-ant sector to ensure the quality of student Party members in university. The exploration of new ways of educating student Party members so as to make the education and management effective is a very important part of the Party construction in university. Moreover, it is helpful to the vitalization of the Party and succession of the Party cause. The key to improving the quality of student Party members lies in three sectors: recruiting, education and dispatch.
