摘要
“统筹城乡发展”的重心是促进农村经济的发展,关键在于农村剩余劳动力的转移。当前,农村剩余劳动力转移存在一些问题,妥善分析并解决这些问题具有一定的现实意义。
The core of the plan to develop town and country as a whole is to facilitate the development of rural economy and the key is the transfer of the surplus labor force in rural areas. However, at present there exist some problems in transferring the surplus labor force and it is of practical significance to properly analyze and solve these problem.
