BALB/c妊娠小鼠用20%乙醇作为饮水,平均每d每kg体重摄入乙醇15g。与对照组相比,乙醇组胎鼠肝细胞胞质溶解,部分线粒体肿胀,嵴排列紊乱、溶解破坏,外膜破裂。部分线粒体小、基质电子密度高。有些粗面内质网池扩张、脱颗粒。胞质溶解区域见较多脂肪空泡和溶酶体。毛细胆管普遍扩张,激绒毛短小。经体视学测量,乙醇组线粒体、粗面内质网体积密度与对照组相比有显著下降,具统计学意义。线粒体截面数密度和数密度均下降。结果表明乙醇能导致胎鼠肝细胞超微结构的损害。
During gestation BALB / c mice were given water, which contained 20% alcohol. The average doses of alcohol were 15g/kg weight daily. In comparison with control hcpatocytes of fetal mice in ethanol group appeared degeneration and plasmatosis in focal area of cytoplasm. Partial mitochondria exhibited distention and distortion, disorientation of cristac and destruction of membrane. Some mitochondria showed small and electron-dense material in the matrix. The cistcrnae of rough cndoplasmic reticulum(RER) were distention and RER showed degranulation. There were many lysosomc and large fat droplets in region of plasmatosis. The bile canaliculi were distention and microvilli were short. In the hepatocytcs of fetal mice volume density of mitochondria and RER from the ethanol showed significant decrease in comparison to that from the control group. Mitochondrial numerical density on area and numerical density showed a significant dc- crease too. The results showed that ethanol can eause ultrastructural abnormalities of hepatocytes in fetal mice.
