核电站Ω切割机电控系统可靠性优化设计

摘要 介绍了核电站Ω切割机电器控制系统结构及特性,研究了其可靠性多目标0 1整数规划优化设计,并在实际生产中证明了此方法的可行性.此方法同样可用于仪器仪表、机械及电子系统参数的优化设计. The construction and characteristics of the electrical control system (ECS) of Ω cutting machine used in nuclear power station are briefly introduced.Then the multi-goal 0-1 integral programming optimal design for reliability of the ECS of Ω cutting machine is studied in detail.The effectiveness of the optimal design method has been proved by production practice.The method may also be used in parameters optimization of mechanical and electronic system and in optimal design of instruments.
