ZrO_2层状复合陶瓷压痕开裂力学分析 被引量:3

摘要 在ZrO2层状复合陶瓷中,压痕裂纹的形成除了因塑性区体积变化产生的残余应力外,还与相变应力有关。此外,界面压应力对表面裂纹具有较大的抑制作用。传统的压痕法公式忽略了压痕底下相变应力和界面压应力对压痕开裂和试样断裂的贡献,得到的数据偏小,不能真实反映ZrO2层状复合陶瓷断裂韧性大小。用Indentation-fracture法测ZrO2层状复合陶瓷的断裂韧性更接近真实值。 The formation of indentation cracking has some relationship with the transformation stress induced by martensitic transformation, besides the relationship with the residual stress by volume change in the plastic zone in ZrO_2 laminated ceramics. Whereas surface residual compressive stress controls the expansion of surface cracks. Contributions of the transformation driving force and surface compressive stress are not considered in the traditional indentation theory. Therefore, fracture toughness value measured by the traditional method is usually lower than the practical one in ZrO_2 laminated ceramics. When indentation-fracture method is used, the value is more reliable.
