摘要
地理标志保护是世界贸易组织《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》中的一项重要内容。由于地理标志具有品质保证、广告促销等功能 ,因此地理标志的合理使用和有效保护对经济发展、市场开拓具有积极意义。我国尽快建立与国际潮流相适应的保护制度已是迫在眉睫。
The legal protection of geographical indication is an important content of TRIPS.Because it has many functions,such as quality guarantee,advertisement,marketing and so on.It is positive for the development of economy and exploitation of market to use geographical indication properly and protect it effectively.It is an impending circumstance for our country to set up a protection system along with international tidal trends.
