摘要
为摸清麦黑潜叶蝇在天津市的发生规律和对小麦产量的影响 ,通过田间系统调查和室内饲养观察的方法进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,麦黑潜叶蝇一年发生 1代或 2代 ,以蛹在土中越冬 ,4月上旬羽化出土为害。成虫为害高峰期为 4月上旬 ,雌蝇用粗硬的产卵器刺破麦叶 ,形成一行行的淡褐色针孔状斑点。幼虫为害盛期为 4月下旬 ,百株有幼虫可达 2 0~ 4 2头。幼虫潜食麦叶上半部叶肉 ,并形成袋状白色透明虫道。幼虫约 8d左右老熟 ,老熟后爬出叶外入土化蛹越冬 ,化蛹率为 5 4 .5 %左右。麦黑潜叶蝇为害可使小麦减产 12 .5 %~ 14 .3%。
The emergence regularity and effect on yield of wheat Agromyza albipennis were studied by researching in detail in wheat fields and breeding in laboratory. The results indicate that Agromyza albipennis has one or two generations in a year. It overwinters with the pupal stage in the soil,imago damages the wheat foliage with its bristly ovipositor in the early April,and makes lines of spots on the leaf in the shapes of needle holes. Larva damages wheat in the later April,heavy larva populations arrive 20 to 42 per 100 plants of wheat in the period of heavy damage. Larva destroys the leaf and makes a white transparent path in the shape of pocket,it crawls out of pocket after eight days when it becomes mature,and crawls into soil to become pupa. About 54.5% larva can become pupas. The damage of Agromyza albipennis can reduce the yield of the wheat by 12.5% to 14.3%.
