摘要
分析不同R＆D项目特性下R＆D活动所选择的控制模式在组织结构、财务管理、技术战略等方面的管理特点,并在此基础上进行了判别分析,以探讨控制模式选择的有效性,最后通过大量的问卷数据来分析R＆D管理模式的选择与R＆D绩效的关系,验证所提出的假设,得出一些有益结论。
It analyses the different management control mode existing in various R&D projects in terms of organizational structure,financial management and innovation strategy etc. Based on these qualitative analysis a discriminate empirical study can be carried out to test the management control mode efficiency in sixteen Hi-tech enterprises,then test the correlation significance level between the efficiency and associated R&D performance in order to offer some valuable suggestion.
