摘要
为研究中药复方临床治疗病毒性心肌炎的用药规律 ,收集整理了近二十年来经临床验证有良好疗效的中药复方 2 3 9首 ,建立了治疗病毒性心肌炎的中药复方数据库。基于中药复方数据库用统计学方法分析了中医治疗病毒性心肌炎的用药规律 ,以及对各种典型症状临床治疗中的用药特点。研究显示 ,在所使用的 15 2种中药中 ,清热药和补虚药的使用比例和使用频率最高。这表明在病毒性心肌炎的临床治疗中 ,各医家运用了驱邪与扶正并重、治标与治本并行的治则 ,在清热驱邪外出的同时补益人体正气的治法。
To study the herbal administration laws of compound formulae in the treatment of viral myocarditis,239 effective formulae were collected and analyzed.Results showed that,among the 152 herbs in these formulae,the herbs effective to clear heat and remedy deficiency were frequently used.It is indicated,in clinical treatment of viral myocarditis,that pathogenic factor elimination and healthy qi supporting are used in combination.
