摘要
采用公认的汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD ,2 4项 )作为评分标准 ,同时检测生殖内分泌激素E2 、FSH、LH、细胞因子IL 2的水平以观察中药更欣方对更年期抑郁症患者的治疗效果。设中药组 (更欣方 ) 3 0例 ,西药组 (尼尔雌醇 ) 3 0例 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :①中药组与西药组在HAMD总分及各因子治疗前后比较有差异 (P <0 0 5 )。②内分泌激素水平西药组治疗前后E2 、FSH均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,LH亦有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而中药组FSH、LH治疗前后有显著差异(P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ,E2 水平无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。③中药组IL 2治疗前后比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,西药组IL 2治疗前后则无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。中药更欣方治疗更年期抑郁症效果优于西药组 ,能有效调控生殖内分泌免疫系统。
Hamiliton rating scale for depression was used as scoring standard,and immune fluorescence chemistry method and double antibody sandwich method were used to detect E 2,FSH,LH and IL-2 to observe the clinical efficacy of 'Gengnian Decoction'.Results:(1)There were differences in HAMD score and all indexes between pretreatment and posttreatment( P <0.05) in both treatment and control groups;(2)in control group,there were significant differences( P <0.01) in E 2 and FSH and difference( P <0.05) in LH between pretreatment and posttreatment,while in treatment group,there were also difference in FSH and LH( P <0.01, P <0.05) between pretreatment and posttreatment,no difference in E 2( P >0.05);(3)there was difference in IL-2 between pretreatment and posttreatment in treatment group,and no difference in control group( P >0.05).It is proven that 'Gengnian Decoction' has better effects than western medicine in treating climacteric depression and can effectively regulate reproductive,endocrine and immune systems.
