摘要
在新的历史条件下 ,当代中国政党制度的自身建设面临以下几个方面的考验 :面临中国共产党和民主党派的历史方位变化所带来的巩固基础的考验 ;面临冷战结束后世界政党格局的嬗变所带来的外部压力的考验 ;面临全球范围内“全民党”思潮的风行和国内社会阶层结构的变动所带来的发展趋势的考验 ;面临改革积弊犹存的传统社会主义政党制度的考验 ;面临我国入世后开放型经济所带来的趋利避害的考验 ;面临我国参加国际人权公约所带来的履约义务的考验。当代中国政党制度建设必须抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,经受考验。
The system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of CPC is carried out in China. On the condition of ruling country by law,it is necessary to draw up a special political party law based on the radical stipulation on the constitution about the political party and its system in our country so as to standardize the activity of party coming into power and party participating in politics. Our political party law should embody Chinese characteristics in its structure and increasingly improve itself on the basis of practice. According to the national state of China,it should clearly prohibit any organization or anyone from organizing new political parties on the mainland.
