摘要
海陆兼备是中国地缘政治最基本的特征之一,是中国成为世界大国的不可或缺的基础。中国只有建设强大的现代化的以航空母舰为核心的蓝色海军,才能发挥海陆兼备的优势,才能为中国贯彻独立的外交战略提供保障。一个世界大国必须有独立的全球战略,不能也不应该把他国的反应和意愿作为制定我国外交战略的重要依据。
China's one of characteristics of geographical politics lies in both sea and land,which is the indispensable foundation of a power in the world.Only by building the powerful and modern'blue navy'taking aircraft carrier as the core can China exploit the advantage of sea and land and guarantee implementing the independent foreign strategy.A power in the world must have independent global strategy and needn't formulate China's foreign stratrgy according to the wishes and reaction from other states.
