摘要
提出了绿色氧化反应过程的设计原则及设计程序、内容.从工程设计上保证从源头及化学反应过程就制止污染产生,实现零污染、零废物排放.介绍了强电离放电方法把O2、H2O电离后,再按自由基结构,在分子层次上加工成OH·、e-aq(水合电子)等自由基,自由基的产生浓度、产成量均能满足工程上应用水平,剩余OH·等自由基分解成H2O、O2.列举了绿色氧化反应过程的设计在治理海洋外来入侵有害生物、烟气资源化脱硫应用研究成功的事例.
It is the purpose for this paper to present the principles, design program and contents ofe design of advanced oxidation. The project design prevents pollution from the source and during the course of chemical reaction, which realizes zero pollution,zero waste. This paper introduces the way using strong ionization discharge method to ionize O_2, H_2O then process radical OH~·, e^-_(aq) whose volume of production was up to project application level, and its residue was H_2O and O_2. The author list successful application study instance as treatment of ocean harmful invasive organism and resourcify flue gas desulfurization.
