摘要
研究了GA3预处理对冷藏10d的百合切花叶片生理生化的影响。结果表明,切花出库后,叶片出现呼吸高峰,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和糖含量迅速下降,CAT活性急剧降低,POD活性和MDA含量持续增加,叶片很快黄化。入库前用200mg/LGA3预处理可以延缓出库后叶片含水量、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、糖含量和CAT活性的降低,抑制呼吸峰的出现,降低POD活性,同时叶片的黄化被有效地抑制。
The physiological and biochemical changes of cut lily cold stored at (2±0.5)℃for 10 days were studied. The results showed that after cold storage, the rapid leaf yellowing was accompanied by quick increase of respiration rate and POD activity and decline of chlorophyll, soluble protein and carbohydrate contents. When cut Lily were pretreated with 200mg/L GA3 before cold storage, the decrease of chlorophyll, soluble protein and carbohydrate contents and CAT activity were delayed, the accumulation of MDA were reduced, and the respiration rate and POD activity were inhibited. Leaf yellowing of cut Lily was retarded effectively by GA3 pretreatment.
