摘要
目前我国对上市公司进行效绩评价缺乏统一的评价指标体系,且各指标体系都存在一定的局限,建立一套完善的权威的上市公司效绩评价体系非常必要和紧迫。国外先进的效绩评价指标为建立我国上市公司效绩评价体系提供了思路。
Our country lacks the united evaluation index system to evaluate the effect of the listed company at present and each index system has localization and it is very necessary and urgent to establish a set of perfect authorities effect evaluation system for the listed company. The advanced evaluation index abroad provides the way of thinking for establishing the listed company effect evaluation system in our country.
