本文论述了网络信息时代图书馆员应具备的基本素质良好的职业道德素质;优秀的科学文化素质;较高的信息素质和网络信息的导航服务素质。
In the information age,a librarian should possess the following characteristics and abilities: the quality in professional ethics,the ability in science and culture,the capability of getting information via the internet,and using the internet as a good guide in his work.
