摘要
企业文化作为一种无形资产 ,对旅游企业的方方面面都起着无所不及的影响。现代旅游企业的竞争从本质上来说是文化的竞争 ,我国的旅游企业要想在未来的全球竞争中站稳脚跟 ,赢得竞争优势 ,必须树立全新的思想观念 ,通过加强企业文化建设 ,树立良好的企业形象 ,实施绿色管理 ,实行人本管理 。
As a kind of imperceptible assets, enterprise culture has a powerful effect on all aspects of tourism. The competition of modern tourism is a kind of cultural competition in nature. If the tourism in China intends to keep a firm stand in future global competition and makes a success in it, completely new concepts and ideas should be built up, enterprise culture should be developed, a good image of enterprise should be established, green management should be administered, humane administration should be implemented, and sustainable development should be adhered to.
