摘要
对RAPD技术的原理、特点和基本反应程序进行了阐述,综述了RAPD技术在油菜遗传育种上的应用进展,讨论了其应用前景。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) is one of molecular marker techniques. The principle, characteristics and basic reaction procedure of RAPD technique were described, the recent application of RAPD in genetics and breeding of rape was summarized, and the prospects of RAPD application in the future was discussed in the paper.
