摘要
利用甘薯青枯(瘟)菌和蔓割菌毒素作为选择压力,选育出高产、优质的双抗性甘薯新品系"97-10"和"99-12"。多年多点室内和田间测定结果表明,"97-10"和"99-12"对青枯病和蔓割病的抗性均达抗至中抗水平,均高于福建省当家品种"金山57"和蔓割病抗病品种"福薯2号"的抗性,更大大高于对照品种"新种花"的抗性。"97-10"和"99-12"的早薯平均产量分别为47.88和47.39t/hm2,晚薯的平均产量分别为25.57和28.59t/hm2,分别比"新种花"提高132.5%~176.5%和130.4%~209.1%。
Two new high yielding and good quality sweet potato varieties '97-10' and '99-12'with resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum were bred by using the crude toxins of the two diseases as selection pressure. The results of several years' multi-location tests in greenhouse and field showed that the resistance of '97-10' and '99-12' to Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum reached to resistant or middle resistant level, and was significantly higher than those of 'Jinshan 57'(P<0.05), 'Fushu 2' (P<0.05) and 'Xinzhonghua' (P<0.01).The average fresh root yield of '97-10' and '99-12' as early sweet potato varieties was 47.88t/hm2 and 47.39t/hm2 respectively, and the average yield of '97-10' and '99-12' as late sweet potato varieties was 25.57t/hm2 and 28.59t/hm2 respectively. The yield of '97-10' and '99-12' was 132.5%~176.5% and 130.4%~209.1% higher than that of the check 'Xinzhonghua' respectively.
