宽皮柑桔隔年结果对3种酶活性及蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:4

Influences of Alternating Bearing on Activity of Three Kinds of Enzyme and Content of Soluble Protein of Mandarin(Citrus reticulata)

摘要 以15年生宽皮柑桔"本地早"为材料,研究了大、小年结果对3种酶活性和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,大年结果树叶片和芽的α-淀粉酶活性总体上高于小年结果树,但磷酸酯酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量总体上低于小年结果树。在所测定的3种酶活性和蛋白质含量中,均是芽比叶片高。叶片中α-淀粉酶活性与叶片中淀粉含量呈显著负相关,芽中的磷酸酯酶活性与叶片中的全磷含量大部分时间里呈显著正相关。 Taking 15-year-old mandarin 'Huanong Bendizao'(Citrus reticulata Blanco) as testing materials, the influences of alternating bearing on the activity of three kinds of enzyme and content of soluble protein were studied. The studying results indicated that the leaves and buds of on-year tree generally had higher specific activity of α-amylase, lower specific activity of phosphatase and peroxidase, and lower content of soluble protein than those of off-year tree. The activity of three kinds of enzyme and content of soluble protein in buds were higher than those in leaves. The specific activity of α-amylase in leaves was significantly negatively related with the content of amylum in leaves; the specific activity of phosphatase in buds was significantly positively related with the content of total phosphorus in leaves in most growth period.;
