摘要
利用γ射线处理甜菜无融合生殖品系M14种子,在温室中播种,调查不同照射剂量种子的成活率,并进行细胞学观察。对发生染色体变异的株系,利用白花甜菜特异探针进行DNA分子杂交。共得到13株易位系,易位系发生率为2.3%,比自然产生易位系频率0.3%明显增加,其中照射剂量60kR产生易位系的频率最高达5.0%。
The seeds of beet M14(2n=19) with apomixes were irradiated by γ-ray, the survival ratio of the seeds sown in greenhouse was investigated, and cytological observation was carried out. The DNA molecule hybridization was done by the specific probe from B. corolliflora Zoss. in the strains which the chromosome translocation resulted. The thirteen strains with translocation frequency(2.3%) was apparently higher than which occurred naturally(0.3%), 5.0% of the translocation frequency was the most high when the irradiation dose was 60kR.
