摘要
关于稀土超磁致伸缩材料Terfenol-D的磁致伸缩特性国内外已有大量报道,但大多数都是基于载荷(预紧力)在磁致伸缩过程中保持不变条件下的磁致伸缩特性研究。本文在这些研究的基础上分析了Terfenol-D材料在变负载时的磁致伸缩特性,介绍了变负载动态特性曲线的求解方法并讨论了恒载与变载时特性曲线的特点与差异。
Magnetostrictive properties of Terfenol-D materials reported by many technical articles published is under a condition of constant preloading.This paper studied the magnetostrictive properties under unconstant preloading.On the bases,the method used to draw the curve of magnetostrictive properties under unconstant preloading is introduced in detail.By the way ,the difference between the two cases is pointed out also.It is useful to design or analyze magnetostricative actuator.
